Returns & Refunds Policy – Gramin Dukan

At Gramin Dukan, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or poor-quality product, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired or of poor quality

👉 Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy)

  • Opened or used items

  • Items without original packaging

(Subject to inspection and approval.)


3. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request:

  • Contact our support team via Call or WhatsApp

  • Share your Order ID and issue details

  • Provide photos if requested

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet


5. Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible


7. Final Decision

All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Gramin Dukan.
